Full Planning Package

For couples looking for full planning, we work with you right from the beginning of the process, creating budgets, drawing up time lines, scouting locations and providing customized vendor recommendations.  Claudia Cole will be the primary contact for all the vendors involved and manage the entire planning process.  We will make sure that the design of the wedding is cohesive and thoughtful, and that no detail is missed.  Enjoy your engagement and let us take the stress of planning away from you!

Month Of Wedding Management

So you've done most of the planning and it's a month or two before the big day!  Are there still a few loose ends you need us to take care of? Do you really want to worry about all the minor details on your big day? With our wedding management services, Claudia & Chris take the lead on all logistics and become the mouthpiece for all your vendors. We even take care of all those little details you didn't think of! We'll work closely with your vendors, so all you have to worry about is saying "I Do" and "Celebrate" while we do the work!

Two face to face meetings to get acquainted & review all information and concept

1st Meeting takes place 8 weeks before event date; timeline building & details

2nd Meeting takes place 7-10 days before event date; collect all items for ceremony & reception (stationery, favours, photo shot list, vendor balances) & review the final timeline

Detailed week of plan with an extensive timeline breakdown for your wedding party, guests and vendors

Unlimited email and phone consultations

Personal location walkthrough (if required).

Full access to our Aisle Planner wedding management site (personalized check list, budget, guest list management, calendar of events, vendor contact list & more).

Review all vendor agreements and contracts

Formal introduction to all confirmed vendors (begins 8 weeks before).

Vendor Recommendations (client to book appointment, negotiate and manage booking)

Assist in planning ceremony flow and formation

Coordinate logistics with venue and vendors

Wedding Day Styling Setup

Need us to help set up your ceremony & wedding reception items?  Don't want to bother your family & friends?  We can just come for the day to set-up your ceremony items, centrepieces, setting out place cards, setting up your receiving table and much more!

Package Includes:
 
One in person meeting (4 weeks before) to go over your inspiration and guidelines to ensure everything is setup perfectly. 
You will receive (2) planners to setup on the day.
We will setup the following but not limited to: placing of card box, guest book, seating chart, table numbers, favours, name cards, centrepieces, light decor items, etc.
 
The investment for this package would be $300.00 + 13% HST based on three hours of work.  Each additional hour is $100.00 for two plannersTravel Fees may be additional.
